International Shipping & Customs VALI ships to over 100 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order. VALI declares all packages at their full value as required by international shipping regulations. We are unable to mark orders as "gifts" or undervalue packages. Lost or Stolen Packages VALI is not liable for packages lost in transit once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
